Your Care Manager

Robin Staver is the founder of Staver Care Management LLC, bringing over 25 years of experience in professional care management to her practice. She specializes in serving older adults as well as individuals with developmental, intellectual, physical, and psychiatric disabilities. Robin’s approach is rooted in deep compassion, informed by her own personal experience caring for her mother during a decade-long journey with Alzheimer’s Disease.
Robin began her career as a vocational rehabilitation counselor and case manager, working with clients facing complex challenges, including hearing impairments, deaf-blindness, and co-occurring disabilities. Her early work at the National Center for Disability Services, Helen Keller National Center, and FEGS Community Trust in New York provided the foundation for her holistic, person-centered care philosophy.
Certified by the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (CDP) and the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (CMC), Robin is also an active member of the Aging Life Care Association™ (Advanced Professional), the American Society on Aging, Case Management Society of America, Geriatric Mental Health Alliance of New York, and NAMI.
Robin’s guiding principle is simple but powerful: her clients’ well-being always comes first. She advocates fiercely for their autonomy, dignity, and quality of life—ensuring that every client, and every family, feels seen, supported, and respected.
