Staver Care Management LLC provides comprehensive care management to older adults and adults with developmental, intellectual, physical and psychiatric disabilities.
We are sensitive to the issues facing aging adults and we address their changing needs.
We promote healthy living for clients in the comfort of their own home. When necessary, we assist clients and families with alternative residential options and provide services that will maximize independence and safety.
Robin Staver is the founder of Staver Care Management LLC. Her priority is her clients’ well-being, with a focus on their autonomy, comfort, safety, dignity, independence and quality of life.
Ms. Staver provides support to her clients, families, friends, and caregivers when faced with difficult decisions that need to be resolved. For over twenty years, her work has been dedicated to serving the needs of adults and their families.
In addition, she has worked for social service agencies as a case manager and advocate for older adults with hearing-impairments, deaf-blindness, developmental, intellectual, physical and psychiatric disabilities.
Georgia Tsamasiros is an Aging Life Care™ Associate dedicated to improving the quality of life for older adults and individuals with disabilities. She is passionate about advocating for the rights of individuals with an emphasis on their medical and psycho-social well being, safety and independence.
Georgia has a Masters in Public Administration and Masters in Social Work from Binghamton University. Additionally, she completed the Hartford Partnership Program for Aging Education Fellowship [2013-2014] awarded to students interested in working with older adults through the Masters of Social Work Program.
In 2014, Georgia assisted with the coordination of Care Management Summit 2014: Achieving Excellence!, a national two-day conference. Georgia returned in 2016 to co-coordinate the succeeding conference, Summit 2016: Igniting Compassion! Embracing Grit!
Georgia’s professional memberships include the National Association of Social Workers (NASW member since 2013) and the Aging Life Care™ Association (ALCA™ member since 2016).
Georgia has diverse experience in advocacy, health, and assisting clients access services. She worked in the community with The Rural Health Network of South Central New York and completed an internship at United Methodist Nursing Home.
